Falconry

Answer

Although the Act was mainly designed to impose a ban on fox hunting with hounds, it also deals with forms of hunting that are legal (known as 'exempted hunting' as it is exempt from the legal ban). Falconry hunting is exempt and is still allowed under certain exemptions within Schedule 1 to the Hunting Act 2004.

A licence is required to do this, please see the link in Related Information for further details.
